Monday-Thursday (6:30am-5pm) schedule, NO WEEKENDS!

What You’ll Do

Operate and monitor mixing and sheeting equipment
Prepare and load ingredients following recipes and specifications
Ensure product quality meets Company and safety standards
Perform basic equipment adjustments and changeovers
Maintain accurate production and batch records
Work closely with your team to meet daily production goals

What We’re Looking For

Experience in manufacturing or food production is a plus
Comfortable working with industrial and computer-controlled equipment
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
Ability to stay organized, multitask, and meet deadlines
Team player with strong communication skills
Flexibility to support varying schedules

What To Expect

Active role requiring standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and movement throughout your shift
Fast-paced, hands-on environment
Exposure to noise, dust, and standard production conditions
