Job Description

We’re seeking an energetic and experienced account management professional to drive customer relationships, retention and optimization. Our client list includes broadcasters, online retailers as well as fledging online media content creators.

We’re looking for candidates who are passionate about Ad Technology, Digital Advertising and Client Success Management, and who are excited to play an integral part in the success of an organization such as ours.

As a CSM your work ensures client success drives growth and revenue over the long term. We expect the CSM to engage deeply both with customers as well as Voiro’s internal product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Increase customer satisfaction by engaging with your set of accounts to optimize and increase product adoption
  • Reinforce product discovery and positioning of Voiro with client organizations
  • Liaise with internal teams and participate in product design to represent on-ground gaps (custom requirements)
  • Attend industry events and liaise with partners, competitors and client base

Desired Background

  • 2-4 years of relevant client management experience
  • Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
  • Proven record of singularly managing a portfolio of clients successfully
  • Must possess a strong intellectual curiosity and desire to understand core client pain points and resolve them in a sustainable fashion
  • Able to make decisions and create internal frameworks for effective client management - processes for success, key account management, maintaining regular touch points, resource allocation and overcoming obstacles - with minimal supervision
  • Enthusiasm for genuine collaboration with a driven, passionate team
