The Opportunity

As part of the Information Technology Development team you will lead the creation and implementation of impactful technology processes and business processes by creating custom solutions or automated workflows to replace manual workflows. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. This role provides the opportunity to motivate and coach others, solve complex problems, and apply sound judgment in decision-making.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 6 years of experience
• In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
