We’re searching for a highly organised and proactive Production Coordinator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes real pride in the details. You’ll be a key player across multiple projects, acting as the central point of coordination from the initial brief all the way through to live delivery.

The successful candidate will:
- Have 2+ years’ experience in traffic or workflow management, ideally within an agency environment.
- Be passionate and love taking on a challenge
- Be a real team player with a can‑do attitude who always strives for more
- Have a willingness to learn but also a desire to be accountable
- Be able to work under pressure and at pace
- Have exceptional attention to detail along with strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
- Have great written, verbal and non‑verbal communication skills
- Be happy working to our hybrid model of at least 3 days a week in our Manchester city centre office
Core tasks:
- Own and maintain the Production Project Tracker (Resource Guru knowledge preferred).
- Track day‑to‑day project progress and key milestones.
- Manage workflow to ensure tasks, owners, and deadlines are aligned.
- Support resource planning and allocation across the Production team.
- Attend departmental meetings to gather project and account updates.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal briefs, queries, and requirements.
- Triage incoming briefs with the Head of Production and ensure all required information is complete.
- Manage and update the Production Team Process Hub, supporting continuous process improvement.
- Produce meeting contact reports and provide general administrative support to the team.
- Coordinate supplier sourcing, obtain quotes, track project costs, and support PO, invoicing, and budget reconciliation processes.
- Manage freelancer sourcing, database maintenance, availability tracking, and bookings.
- Support live delivery through documentation, crew scheduling, travel logistics, briefing packs, and onsite operational assistance.
- Build strong working relationships with Production leads, crew, and suppliers while troubleshooting issues as needed.
