Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Article Assistant role located in Mangaluru. The Article Assistant will support the firm in carrying out various compliance activities, including preparing and filing ROC and MCA filings, assisting with company incorporation, conducting legal drafting, and assisting in regulatory matters such as mergers and acquisitions and FEMA advisory. The candidate will collaborate with the team to ensure timely and effective legal compliance and support clients’ needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in corporate law, SEBI regulations, and compliance procedures
• Knowledge of regulatory filings, company incorporation, and post-incorporation services
• Skills in legal drafting, transaction support, and working on NCLT cases
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field required
• Pursuing Company Secretary (CS) certification is preferred
• Passion for corporate governance, strategic advisory, and a commitment to maintaining compliance standards
