Position Title: Director / Deputy Director / Senior Corporate Trainer – Soft Skills
Location: DBS Global University Campus, Dehradun
About the Role
We are seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to join our Corporate Training & Student Development team. The role is responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training programs focused on communication, personality development, leadership skills, and overall employability enhancement of students.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about mentoring young professionals and preparing them to succeed in corporate environments through experiential learning and practical skill development.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver training programs on communication skills, personality development, professional etiquette, and leadership competencies.
• Conduct workshops on presentation skills, group discussions, interview preparation, and workplace readiness.
• Develop engaging training modules, learning activities, and assessment tools.
• Mentor and guide students to improve confidence, professional behavior, and employability skills.
• Organize mock interviews, assessment sessions, and skill development activities.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and track student progress through feedback and performance assessments.
• Collaborate with academic departments and placement teams to align training programs with industry expectations.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of employability enhancement initiatives.
• Support institutional initiatives related to student development and corporate readiness.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and mentoring abilities
• Ability to engage and motivate large student groups
• Strong understanding of corporate expectations and workplace competencies
• Training design, content development, and program delivery skills
• Ability to conduct experiential and interactive training sessions
Eligibility Criteria
Director – Corporate Training
• 12–15+ years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or employability training
• Experience in leading training teams and designing institutional training frameworks
Deputy Director – Corporate Training
• 8–12 years of experience in corporate training or soft skills development
Senior Corporate Trainer
• 5–8 years of experience in soft skills training, personality development, or corporate training
Preferred Qualifications
• Certification in Training & Development, Behavioral Training, or Coaching
• Experience working in universities, higher education institutions, or corporate training organizations will be an advantage
