Product Sales Lead – (B2B Product-based)
We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Product Sales Lead to drive business growth, client acquisition, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales strategy, and team-handling skills with the ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Manage client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and performance updates.
- Mentor and guide junior sales executives when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office preferred.
