We are seeking an entrepreneurial Chief Marketing & Growth Officer (CMGO) to drive growth, lead generation, brand building, client acquisition, student enrollments, and revenue acceleration across both businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own marketing-generated revenue and growth targets.
  • Build scalable lead generation and customer acquisition engines.
  • Drive student enrollments for training programs.
  • Drive B2B client acquisition for recruitment services.
  • Lead performance marketing across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Improve funnel conversion rates, CPL, CPA, and ROI.
  • Build founder branding, thought leadership, and social media growth.
  • Implement CRM, marketing automation, email, and WhatsApp workflows.
  • Create dashboards, analytics, and growth reporting systems.
  • Build and lead high-performing marketing and growth teams.
