This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Product Manager Trainee specializing in Surgical Devices. Responsibilities include assisting in product management, conducting market research, analyzing competitive trends, supporting the product development lifecycle, coordinating with teams for product marketing strategies, and ensuring effective product launches. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance and address customer feedback.

• Knowledge or experience in surgical devices or medical devices is strongly preferred.
• Strong market research and analytical skills to identify industry trends and customer needs.
• Product management, project coordination, and product lifecycle management experience or demonstrated ability to learn these skills.
• Experience in marketing strategy, product positioning, and understanding customer-centric approaches.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A self-motivated and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with analytics tools or CRM software is a plus.
