About the Role

The Product Manager will be responsible for managing assigned brands and achieving key performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned brands.
• Achieve key performance metrics, including top-line growth, market share, and profitability.
• Prepare high-impact Marketing Plans.
• Ensure execution of approved strategies in the field.
• Conduct market analysis, sales forecasting, and competitor tracking.
• Measure ROI of brand strategies and implement necessary improvements.
• Perform market research and feasibility analysis for new business opportunities.
• Conduct field visits to gather insights and support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Education: B Pharma + MBA in Marketing
• Experience:
• Minimum 1-2 years of pharmaceutical product management experience.
• 1-2 years of Selling experience.
• Therapy Areas (Mandatory): Cardio, Diabetic, or Gastro
