Role: ASM – Hospitability Sales


Job Role: To develop Business Development strategy for assigned area & clients in Hospitality sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and trade marketing strategies across the HORECA segment and achieve sales targets and margin objectives as per the Annual Business Plan (ABP).
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners to ensure sustainable business growth and additional revenue generation.
  • Handle sales forecasting, budgeting, pricing, contracts, and monitor customer preferences to maximize ROI and maintain high service standards.
  • Identify and appoint new distributors and expand the customer base through a long-term, customer-centric approach.


Must-Have Requirements

  • 5–7 years of sales experience from the Textile/Linen/Home Furnishing industry, with strong exposure to the Hotel and Hospitality segment.
  • Proven experience in handling business across Goa markets.
  • Strong relationships and network with Hotel Purchase Managers, Executive Housekeepers (EHK), and key influencers within the hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow key accounts while driving business development in the HORECA segment.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
