Experience: 6–8 years in B2B SaaS Sales (Experience in HealthTech, Clinical Trials, EDC, or selling directly to CROs/Pharma is a massive plus)

Trialion is a next-generation, GxP-compliant Electronic Data Capture (EDC) and clinical trial management platform built specifically to help Contract Research Organizations (CROs) run faster, smarter, and more cost-effective clinical trials. We are eliminating the heavy enterprise overhead and rigid setup times of legacy systems through intuitive automation, real-time data validation, and built-in compliance frameworks.
As our Founding Sales & Strategic Partnerships Lead, you will own the entire revenue engine—from outbound pipelines targeting mid-tier CROs to securing high-value strategic collaborations with clinical research networks and ecosystems.
- Drive Full-Cycle Sales: Own the end-to-end sales funnel, from prospecting mid-sized and boutique CROs to running product demos and closing multi-site enterprise contracts.
- Forge Strategic Collaborations: Identify, pitch, and secure partnership deals with Site Management Organizations (SMOs), clinical trial consultancies, and incubator/accelerator networks to embed Trialion into broader trial ecosystems.
- Value-Based Selling: Leverage tools like our custom ROI & Pricing Calculator to clearly demonstrate hard financial and time-saving metrics to founders, Directors of Clinical Operations, and Data Management heads.
- Shape the Product: Act as the critical link between the market and our engineering team, funneling real-world CRO feedback directly into our product roadmap.
- Build the Playbook: As an early sales hire, you will establish our outbound frameworks, commission models, and corporate pitching playbooks from the ground up.
- The GTM Hustler: You have a proven track record of selling B2B SaaS products to mid-market enterprise clients, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or clinical software.
- Ecosystem Networker: You speak the language of clinical trials. You know what an eCRF, an audit trail, 21 CFR Part 11, and data query cycles mean, or you can master them instantly.
- Consultative Closer: You don't just sell software features; you sell operational efficiency, compliance security, and cost reductions.
- Self-Starter: You thrive in fast-paced, high-autonomy startup environments and are excited about building a sales pipeline from zero.
