Job Description
At DotPe, we’re building a full-stack restaurant SaaS ecosystem powering thousands of merchants across India. We’re looking for Product Manager (2+ years experience) with strong experience in building CRM or Loyalty products to drive end-to-end ownership of key product areas.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for CRM or Loyalty platforms from discovery → delivery → iteration.
- Build and scale CRM features such as customer lifecycle management, segmentation, campaign management, automation, and analytics.
- Develop Loyalty product capabilities including rewards programs, points systems, customer retention programs, referrals, and engagement mechanics.
- Translate merchant, sales, and business problems into scalable CRM/Loyalty product solutions.
- Write clear PRDs, user flows, and feature specifications while collaborating closely with Engineering and Design teams.
- Work on integrations with APIs, marketing tools, POS systems, and data platforms to enable seamless CRM and Loyalty workflows.
- Drive sprint planning, prioritization, and high-quality releases.
- Define and track product success metrics such as customer retention, engagement, repeat purchases, campaign performance, and loyalty adoption.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Enterprise, and Merchant teams to ensure smooth product rollouts and adoption.
Qualifications
- 2+ Years of Product Management experience building CRM platforms or Loyalty programs.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
- Experience shipping end-to-end product features, from concept to launch.
- Good understanding of APIs, integrations, customer data flows, and system behavior.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
- Good to have Tier-1 academic background (IIT/IIM/BITS/NSIT etc.)
