Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with excellent communication skills to drive sales for residential plotted developments, lead client engagements, and achieve business targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage end-to-end sales including lead handling, site visits, and deal closures
  • Conduct property presentations and guide clients through buying decisions
  • Build and maintain strong client and channel partner relationships
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively
  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and business development skills
  • Proven ability to achieve targets and close deals
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Knowledge of the Mysuru real estate market is an added advantage
