At KJBN Labs, we're building a powerful AgTech platform that is transforming how agriculture companies manage production and field operations. We're bootstrapped, profitable, and growing - a 50-member team with customers across Africa.

We are looking for a product manager who can who wants to build things from scratch and take full ownership of Product.

Role & Responsibilities

Own and drive the product roadmap, including product decisions, prioritisation, and execution.
Create detailed product specification documents for the design and development team.
Work closely with design teams to go from ideas to user flows.
Work closely with engineering on product delivery.
Querying databases and monitoring dashboards to track product metrics.
Research the market and competitive landscape to have a pulse on market direction.
Work closely with founders on product decision

Role Requirements

3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product.
Ability to conceptualise, define, and articulate product roadmaps that align with both short-term deliverables and the long-term strategic vision of the company.
Experience in launching new products (end-to-end product life-cycle)
Stellar communication skills, enabling you to act as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders and end-users.

Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore (5-day office role)
