Graphic Design and Video Editor
Actively Reviewing the ApplicationsModifyed Digital
Job Description
First, a question.
When you're scrolling and something stops you — an ad, a Reel, a campaign visual — do you immediately start pulling it apart? The pacing, the type weight, the color story, the hook? Do you notice when a cut lands a beat too late?
If that's just how your brain works, keep reading.
About Us
Modifyed Digital is a performance-led digital marketing agency based in Noida. We work with D2C brands, social-first campaigns, and impact-driven organizations — clients who care whether their creative actually converts, not just whether it looks nice in a PDF.
We don't do templated output. We move fast, hold a real bar for craft, and expect people to have opinions about the work. If a bad ad offends you on a personal level, you'll fit right in.
The Role
This is a dual-craft, mid-senior position — graphic design and video editing, both. Not one with a casual side of the other. You'll be expected to own both with confidence, work directly with clients and strategy teams, and deliver work that performs across formats.
What You'll Do (Your Actual Tuesday)
- Design scroll-stopping creatives for Meta/Instagram ads, brand campaigns, and social content — where performance and aesthetics both matter
- Edit Reels, brand videos, ad films, and promos with a real sense of pacing, mood, and visual storytelling
- Meet with clients and account managers to define briefs, set expectations, and manage revisions professionally
- Translate rough inputs — sometimes a voice note, sometimes a half-formed idea — into polished, on-brand work
- Collaborate with social media, content, and performance teams to build creatives that don't just look good, they convert
- Develop and present concepts with clear creative rationale, not just pretty files
- QC your own work before it goes out — accuracy, brand consistency, platform specs
- Use AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, Firefly) to move faster and think bigger — not as a replacement for craft
- Stay genuinely ahead of trends on Reels and Shorts — before they hit the Canva template library
What to Expect (Besides the Deadlines)
- A fast-paced agency environment — you'll manage 4–5 live projects simultaneously across clients and formats
- Tight turnarounds are common; flexibility and composure under pressure are non-negotiable
- Direct client interaction — you'll be expected to communicate clearly, take feedback professionally, and push back intelligently when needed
- A collaborative team culture where opinions are welcome but output is what earns respect
- Your work goes live within days, not quarters — which is exciting if you're wired that way
You're Our Person If —
- You have 3–5 years of agency experience and a portfolio that makes people stop, not just nod
- You have strong hands on Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- You've designed and edited for D2C brands, lifestyle products, or performance ad campaigns
- You understand that a Meta ad has roughly 1.7 seconds to earn the next one — and you design with that in mind
- You can name brands (Indian or global) whose visual identity genuinely impresses you — and explain why, without Googling
- You have a point of view about design, know how to articulate it, and can also let it go when the brief demands otherwise
- You're the kind of person who notices a misaligned logo on a hoarding and files it mentally as a personal grievance
Not You If —
- Your portfolio is mostly visiting cards, brochures, and flex banners
- You need a detailed brief before you can start thinking
- You treat AI-generated output as the idea, not the instrument
- You describe your style as "clean and minimal" because you haven't tried anything else
- You need multiple reminders to deliver, and more to revise
Tools We Work With
Must-have: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects Good to have: Figma, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Canva Pro, Runway / Kling AI, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly
What's in It for You
- Work on real brands across D2C, social impact, and performance marketing
- A team that has genuine opinions about design — which means yours will be heard
- Compensation based on portfolio quality and demonstrated craft, not just years on paper
- Exposure to strategy and performance thinking, so you understand why your work works — not just how to make it
- A culture that moves fast but doesn't mistake busyness for progress
To Apply
Send your portfolio to [email protected] — include 2–3 pieces you're most proud of.
In your message, tell us: one brand (Indian or global) whose creative direction genuinely impresses you, and why.
Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed. Notice period up to 30 days is acceptable.
