Role Description

Drift Line Publishing is seeking a full-time Editor to join our team on-site in Patna or From Remort Location. The Editor will be responsible for reviewing, editing, and refining manuscripts to ensure quality and alignment with the company’s standards. Key duties include collaborating with authors to develop clear and impactful narratives, managing the editorial process, ensuring adherence to deadlines, and coordinating with other publishing team members. The Editor will also provide feedback to authors while maintaining consistency and respecting their creative vision.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Editing, Proofreading, and Manuscript Refinement
• Expertise in Content Strategy and Story Development
• Exceptional command of English grammar, syntax, and language usage
• Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and project management skills
• Strong research skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to authors
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Literature, Journalism, or a related field
• Experience in book publishing or a similar creative industry considered a plus
• Passion for storytelling and dedication to producing high-quality, impactful content
