Job Description
Role Summary:
Responsible for selling rooftop solar systems under PMSGMBY/Subsidy segment, Hybrid systems, Lithium batteries ,offgrid solar battery & Systems to residential and small commercial customers by appointing System integrators, EPCs,distributors, Direct dealers. Generating and closing the leads through SIs. Explaining product benefits, preparing proposals, and ensuring timely order conversion and payment collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly , quarterly & Annual sales targets
- Identify and meet new customers in assigned area
- Explain product features, savings & ROI to customers
- Prepare and share quotations/proposals through SI
- Follow up with PM suryaghar portal /SFDC & Utech leads till closure
- Collect payments as per agreed terms
- Coordinate with project team for installation
Requirements:
- Graduate/Btech in any discipline
- Atleast 5 years sales experience (solar / lithium/battery /inverters products preferred)
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Local language fluency + basic English & MS soffice /Excel knowledge
