About the Role:

We are hiring Product Implementation & Training Executives to onboard and train customers on our SaaS platforms — CalsoftCRM and Siru Conversational Commerce Platform.


This is a client-facing role where you will:


  • Conduct product demos
  • Train customers via onboarding sessions & webinars
  • Help businesses adopt and effectively use our platform

Key Responsibilities

Product Onboarding:

  • Understand client requirements and assist in setting up CRM workflows
  • Support customers in configuring basic modules (leads, pipelines, dashboards)
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and product adoption


Training & Demos:

  • Conduct live product demos and onboarding sessions
  • Host webinars for new and existing customers
  • Explain product features in a simple and engaging way
  • Handle customer questions confidently


Customer Engagement:

  • Act as a product expert and advisor
  • Support customers post-demo to drive usage
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention


Collaboration:

  • Work with sales, product, and marketing teams
  • Share customer feedback
  • Help create training materials and FAQs


Eligibility

  • Any graduate (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, MBA, etc.)
  • 0–2 years experience (Freshers can apply)
  • Interest in SaaS / CRM / customer-facing roles


Must Have Skills

  • Strong spoken English
  • Confidence in speaking to individuals or groups
  • Good presentation & explanation skills
  • Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset
  • Customer-focused attitude


Good to Have Skills

  • Hindi / Tamil or additional languages
  • Exposure to tools like Zoom / Google Meet
  • Basic understanding of business or sales processes


KPIs

  • Number of demos/webinars conducted
  • Customer onboarding success rate
  • Product adoption & usage
  • Customer satisfaction


Growth & Training

  • Month 1–2: Structured product & demo training
  • Month 3+: Independent ownership of demos & clients
  • Growth into Customer Success / Product roles
