Hiring: Process Quality Manager / Deputy Manager

Location: Sector 3, Bidhannagar, Kolkata

Experience: 5+ years

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Up to ₹9 LPA CTC)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly hands-on Process Quality professional with extensive shop-floor experience in assembly-line based manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving quality improvements, reducing defects, and implementing robust quality controls directly on the production floor. Purely documentation-based profiles are not a fit.

Key Responsibilities:

· Shop Floor Quality Control: Monitor and enhance process quality to minimize internal rejections and process defects.

· Problem Solving: Analyze customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective CAPA.

· Process Improvement: Utilize quality tools to identify issues and collaborate with production teams to boost process capability.

· Training: Educate operators and supervisors on quality standards and tools.

Required Technical Skills:

· Must-Have: APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA.

· Strong Working Knowledge: 7 QC Tools, Root Cause Analysis (5-Why / Fishbone).

· Preferred: 5S, Kaizen.

Manufacturing Experience (Must have exposure to some of these):

· Metal components (Casting, Forging, Machining/CNC, Sheet Metal)

· Rubber / Plastic components (Injection Molding)
