🚨 We're Hiring | Operations & Process Coordinator

📍 Location: Kinari Bazaar, Agra, Uttar Pradesh

💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Negotiable based on relevant experience and skills)

About the Role

RPJ Jewellers Private Limited is looking for an Operations & Process Coordinator who can help maintain operational discipline, monitor workflows, and ensure that every department follows established processes and completes assigned tasks on time.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating with teams, tracking progress, solving operational bottlenecks, and contributing to a well-organized workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Track department-wise checklists and verify adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
  • Identify delays, bottlenecks, and operational challenges, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
  • Maintain and update organizational checklists, workflows, and process documentation.
  • Assist in creating and improving business processes and workflow systems.
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth communication and execution.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to management with appropriate documentation.
  • Support the implementation of new processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and process-related documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Administration, Operations, Reception, Office Coordination, Process Coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent organizational skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
Required Skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to prepare and maintain basic reports and documentation.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi. Basic spoken and written English will be an added advantage.
  • Comfortable using Email, WhatsApp, and other workplace communication tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify practical solutions.
  • Professional, polite, cooperative, and pleasant personality while coordinating with team members.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
  • Commitment to accuracy, accountability, and timely execution of work.
