Job Summary

The Process Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and improving business processes to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency. This role involves collaborating with multiple departments, maintaining process documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operational processes to ensure timely execution of tasks and deliverables.

Monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement in workflow efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and training materials.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process-related issues and implement best practices.

Support process audits and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Track key process metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

Assist in the development and rollout of new process initiatives and technology implementations.

Provide administrative and analytical support to process managers and team leads.

Train and guide employees on process standards and continuous improvement methods.

Qualifications And Skills

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience: 13 years of experience in process coordination, operations, or project support.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with workflow management tools (e.g., SAP, Jira, Asana, Trello) is an advantage.
