Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Process Coordinator role based in Shamli. The Process Coordinator will oversee and improve operational workflows, ensure adherence to quality standards, and collaborate with various departments to enhance efficiency. Responsibilities include monitoring processes, identifying areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting with project coordination and implementation. The role requires effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and attention to detail to support seamless hospital operations.

• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Business Process Improvement to evaluate and optimize workflows effectively.
• Proficiency in Project Management and Quality Management to oversee initiatives and maintain high operational standards.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey ideas effectively.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively, ensuring smooth operational processes.
• Previous experience in a similar role in healthcare or hospital operations is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is desirable.
