Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Coordinator located in Noida. The Process Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing business processes, implementing process improvements, managing quality assurance initiatives, and coordinating project activities to ensure successful outcomes. The role also includes effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives. As well as person should handle:
follow-ups,
SOP execution,
CRM updates,
coordination,
vendor tracking,
meeting MOMs,
task accountability,
approvals tracking,
internal reporting,
WhatsApp/email coordination,
basic admin,
dashboard updates,
escalation management,
calendar,
travel booking,
reminders,
scheduling.

- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Business Process Improvement
- Expertise in Project Management and Quality Management practices
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder management
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate or investment sector is an advantage
