Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Sales Executive located in Bhubaneswar. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, understanding their property requirements, and providing preliminary consultations. The Pre-Sales Executive will manage inquiries, schedule property showings, build strong client relationships, and coordinate with sales teams to drive leads effectively. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records and assisting in developing pre-sales strategies to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Intested to increase his/her skill to Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills through phone.
• Strong sales acumen and expertise in lead generation strategies
• Ability to handle inquiries, schedule viewings, and provide property-related consultations
• Proficient organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with the real estate market, preferably in Odisha
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Working knowledge of MS Office tools and CRM software is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
