Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Pre-owned Cars Sales & Sourcing Executive, based on-site in Kochi. The executive will be responsible for sourcing quality pre-owned vehicles, managing customer interactions, driving sales, negotiating and closing deals, and ensuring a seamless and professional transaction process. The role also involves liaising with suppliers, identifying potential buyers, and maintaining positive relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, evaluate vehicle conditions, and determine competitive pricing
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients and team members effectively
- Proven experience in Contract Negotiation and the ability to close deals confidently
- Knowledge of Procurement processes and strategies for sourcing quality pre-owned vehicles
- Experience in Recruiting or identifying potential vehicle sellers and building positive relationships
- Customer service orientation and a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency with digital tools, including CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in sales or the automobile industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Business, Marketing, or a related field
