Beyond rentals, we provide a complete EV ecosystem including battery swapping, doorstep battery delivery, on-road assistance, B2B fleet rentals, 3PL logistics services, and EV fleet management software (SaaS).

As we continue to expand our logistics network, we are looking for a dynamic 3PL Manager to strengthen our last-mile ecosystem by driving partner onboarding, managing logistics operations, and supporting business expansion.

Role Overview

The 3PL Manager will lead end-to-end third-party logistics operations while playing a key role in expanding Bijliride's delivery partner network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding logistics partners, managing day-to-day last-mile operations, ensuring SLA compliance, optimizing fleet performance, and building scalable logistics processes that support the company's rapid growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Onboarding & Business Expansion
  • Identify, onboard, and manage delivery companies, logistics partners, and 3PL service providers.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to expand Bijliride's last-mile delivery network.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Build long-term relationships with logistics partners and enterprise clients.
  • Explore new markets and identify opportunities for business expansion.
3PL & Last-Mile Operations
  • Oversee end-to-end last-mile logistics, including deliveries, pickups, battery swaps, and on-road assistance.
  • Coordinate daily operations with 3PL partners to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor fleet movement, rider allocation, delivery turnaround time (TAT), and overall operational efficiency.
  • Ensure high service quality while maintaining operational costs.
Inventory & Fleet Management
  • Monitor inventory levels for EVs, batteries, chargers, and spare parts.
  • Coordinate vehicle availability, fleet utilization, and resource allocation.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure maximum fleet uptime.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track KPIs such as partner onboarding, delivery performance, SLA adherence, rider productivity, fleet utilization, and revenue contribution.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Operations, Customer Support, Technology, Finance, and Business Development teams.
  • Resolve operational issues and ensure seamless execution across all stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in 3PL, logistics, supply chain, fleet management, last-mile delivery, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, partner management, and SLA management.
  • Experience in onboarding logistics partners or managing delivery networks is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, ERP, CRM, or logistics management software.
  • Experience in EV, mobility, transportation, e-commerce, or technology-driven organizations is an added advantage.
