Job Description
As a Portfolio Payroll and Compliance Executive, you will support the Portfolio HR team in managing end-to-end payroll operations, statutory compliance, HRMS management, and employee lifecycle activities across 12 hotels under the portfolio office. The role is responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, labour law compliance, proper documentation, audit readiness, and smooth coordination between hotels and the portfolio office.You will also manage attendance, overtime (OT), leave management, Full & Final Settlement (F&F), vendor compliance, and employee support services while ensuring all compliance activities are completed within defined timelines.

Your day to day
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities for portfolio hotels.
- Create Employee IDs and maintain accurate employee records in HRMS.
- Update and maintain employee joining, transfer, attendance, leave, and exit records in the HRMS system.
- Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, overtime (OT), leave, deductions, incentives, and LOP for all assigned hotels.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll coordination for all portfolio hotels.
- Process Full & Final Settlement (F&F) cases within defined timelines.
- Maintain employee files and records for all hotels as per audit and labour law requirements.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, and other applicable labour laws.

- Prepare and maintain statutory records, returns, and compliance trackers.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely submission of vendor compliance documents
- Support internal audits, statutory inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Prepare MIS reports related to payroll, attendance, compliance, manpower, and HR
- Resolve employee queries related to payroll, attendance, leave management, HRMS,
- Support HRMS automation initiatives and ensure employee master data accuracy.
- Coordinate with HR teams across 12 hotels to ensure timely compliance and operational support.
- Graduate in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, or Statutory Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, attendance management, leave management, OT
- Good understanding of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, and labour law compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS systems and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and MIS
- Ability to manage multi-property operations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in hospitality industry or multi-location operations will be preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
