About the Role

MOSart Labs is looking for a highly connected Placement Head – Semiconductor Industry Relations & Placements to lead our corporate outreach and placement initiatives. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will be solely responsible for building industry relationships, bringing placement drives, securing hiring partnerships, and creating career opportunities for our students.

Key Responsibilities

Industry Relations & Corporate Partnerships

• Build and maintain strong relationships with semiconductor product companies, GCCs, design service companies, and EDA organizations.
• Develop long-term partnerships with Hiring Managers, Engineering Leaders, HR Heads, and Talent Acquisition teams.
• Bring regular placement drives, hiring mandates, internship opportunities, and campus recruitment partnerships.
• Represent MOSart Labs at industry events and expand our corporate network.

Placement & Career Services

• Own and drive end-to-end placement activities for students.
• Coordinate placement readiness initiatives, including resume reviews and technical interview preparation.
• Map students to company-specific hiring requirements.
• Manage interview scheduling, offer tracking, and placement reporting.
• Improve placement quality, salary outcomes, and build a strong alumni referral ecosystem.

Industry Representation

Represent MOSart Labs at:

• Semiconductor & VLSI conferences
• IEEE & IESA events
• Career fairs and recruitment drives
• Industry networking forums
• Startup and DeepTech ecosystems
• Corporate innovation centers

We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Semiconductor Recruitment, Corporate Relations, Talent Acquisition, or Business Development.
• A strong network within the semiconductor ecosystem.
• Proven experience in bringing placement drives and establishing long-term hiring partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates with existing relationships across semiconductor organizations will be highly preferred, especially those with experience in:
