Focal ME specialises in building design for MEP services, including Electrical, Mechanical, ELV, and Public Health Engineering. Its expertise also extends to Structural Design, Sustainability solutions, and Cost Management services, with a strong focus on large-scale residential, commercial, and high-rise developments.

Experience: 3–5 years

Location: Infopark Thrissur

Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Design of Fire Protection, water supply, drainage & stormwater systems
• Preparation of layouts, schematics & calculations
• Coordination with MEP & architectural teams
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations, codes, and standards
• Attend client and coordination meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical degree
• Strong knowledge of plumbing design & codes
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Preferred Middle East project experience
