Permit Design Manager

The Permit Design Manager is a full-time position based on-site in Noida. This role involves overseeing the creation and management of permitting designs for solar projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and streamlining the permitting process. The manager will collaborate with engineering teams, coordinate with permitting authorities, manage timelines and documentation, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Additional responsibilities include leading a team, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to process optimizations to improve efficiency and accuracy in design and permitting workflows.

• Strong knowledge of permitting processes, compliance with local regulations, and familiarity with utility-scale and residential solar projects
• Proficiency in solar design tools, CAD software, and documentation systems
• Strong project management and team leadership skills with a focus on timely delivery and quality assurance
• Problem-solving, organization, and communication skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Experience in renewable energy, solar energy, or construction is advantageous
