We’re Hiring | Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: Noida (Sector 67)

This is not a typical marketing role.

We’re looking for someone who can go beyond running ads on Meta or Google and help shape the company’s overall marketing direction from strategy and positioning to creative execution and growth.

You’ll work on:

• Marketing strategy and brand positioning

• Creative campaigns and content direction

• Identifying growth opportunities across digital platforms

• Driving performance while building a strong brand presence

Compensation: ₹40,000–₹50,000/month (based on capability) + performance-based growth
