Location: Pune (Targeting Chakan & Talegaon clusters)

Experience: 2–3 years in Industrial Equipment Sales

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive to expand our footprint in the Pune industrial belt. You will be responsible for driving the sales of premium material handling and internal logistics solutions—specifically featuring K. Hartwall load carriers and Movexx electric tugs—to manufacturing plants and warehouses in the Chakan and Talegaon regions.

• Market Penetration: Identify and engage potential customers in the automotive, auto-ancillary, and general manufacturing sectors within the Chakan and Talegaon industrial corridors.
• Consultative Solutions: Promote the integration of Movexx electric tugs with specialized trolleys to provide end-to-end "tugger train" and ergonomic material movement solutions.
• Site Visits & Technical Studies: Spend a minimum of 10 days per month on-site conducting shop-floor studies, understanding material flow bottlenecks, and demonstrating how our equipment improves safety and efficiency.
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire process from lead generation and technical presentations to price negotiation and closing deals.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong rapport with purchase heads, plant managers, and shop-floor engineers to ensure long-term business retention.

• Experience: 2–3 years of proven track record in selling industrial equipment, machinery, or capital goods. Experience selling electric tugs, tow tractors, or automated movement solutions is a significant advantage.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand mechanical specifications and explain the ROI of transitioning from manual to electric-assisted material handling.
• Territory Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the geography and industrial landscape of Chakan and Talegaon.
• Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi; proficiency in Marathi is highly preferred for local plant coordination.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel extensively (minimum 10 days/month) within the designated industrial zones.
