Job Description

Location: Noida, This is a hybrid model working (3 days work from office)

Key Responsibilities

Reporting Compliance & Data Quality Governance
Own the reporting compliance process for all weekly and monthly submissions from PMs and Workstream Leads.
Validate submission timeliness, template adherence, and completeness.
Follow up on delays, missing inputs, and repeated defaulters.
Maintain structured compliance logs and trend dashboards.
Issue & Action Analytics (JIRA)
Review JIRA weekly to analyze issue ageing, overdue actions, and recurrence patterns.
Prepare structured analytics by workstream, severity, and assignee.
Highlight systemic risks and escalate persistent non-compliance.
Recommend improvements to strengthen issue management discipline.
Timesheet Compliance & Analytics
Monitor timesheet submissions and send proactive reminders before cutoffs.
Track defaulters, exception cases, and chronic delays.
Publish weekly and monthly compliance trends.
Partner with leads to improve adherence and reduce exceptions.
Resource Load & Capacity Analytics
Prepare weekly utilization and resource load reports for ~150 resources.
Forecast over- or under-allocation for a three-month horizon.
Support leadership with data insights for better resource planning.

Qualification- BE/Btech/MCA (Full Time) in Information Technology
