Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid role based in Gurugram, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally. As a Business Development Executive, you will focus on identifying potential clients, generating new business leads, and fostering relationships with local retail brands. Your responsibilities will include managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and developing strategies to expand Hubb's market reach. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets, deliver valuable business insights, and contribute to the company’s growth strategies.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation for driving growth and building partnerships
  • Experience in Account Management and fostering long-term client relationships
  • Excellent Communication and Business acumen to effectively engage stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze customer data and identify opportunities for business development
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and deliver results
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in retail, loyalty programs, or technology-driven platforms is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools or business analytics software is preferred
