Performance Marketing Manager

Salary: Upto 5 LPA (Based on Experience)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager who can manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, marketing funnels, landing pages, and campaign performance dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

2. Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI

3. Build and optimize marketing funnels and landing pages

4. Track campaign performance and create analytics dashboards and reports

5. Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives

6. Manage ad budgets and optimize cost per lead (CPL) / cost per acquisition (CPA)

7. Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for campaign execution

8. Analyze campaign data and continuously improve performance

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing

2. Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads

3. Knowledge of marketing funnels, landing pages, and conversion tracking

4. Experience with analytics tools and performance dashboards

5. Understanding of lead generation and digital marketing strategy

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualification:

1. Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency will be an added advantage
