Role Description

This is a full-time on-site and off-site role located in Guntakal for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role also includes providing product knowledge to clients, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in sales techniques and ability to meet sales targets
• Knowledge of product specifications and ability to explain them effectively to customers
• Organizational and time management skills
• Proactive approach and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Experience in sales or a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Ability to adapt to different customer needs and onboard new clients
