The Opportunity

In this role, you will work closely with designers, SEO specialists, and digital marketing teams to build and maintain websites that support marketing campaigns and business growth. Your work will play a key role in ensuring that websites are visually engaging, technically sound, and optimized for performance and user experience.

You will be responsible for developing responsive websites and landing pages, writing clean and efficient code, and ensuring websites function smoothly across different browsers and devices. This role also offers the opportunity to work with WordPress development, API integrations, and performance optimization.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build & Maintain Websites: Develop modern, responsive websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery, ensuring they look great and function smoothly across devices.

WordPress Expertise: Customize and maintain WordPress websites using PHP and MySQL, and work with popular page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, and Divi for fast, efficient page creation.

UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with designers to convert UI/UX mockups into fully functional websites, ensuring seamless interaction and design consistency.

Performance Optimization: Optimize websites for loading speed, SEO compatibility, and overall performance, making sure every site is fast, reliable, and search-engine-friendly.

Third-Party Integration: Integrate APIs, plugins, and other third-party tools to enhance functionality and user experience.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and fix technical issues quickly, ensuring websites remain stable, secure, and user-friendly at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• 0-3 years in web development, with hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS3, JavaScript and JQuery.
• Comfortable working with WordPress or other CMS platforms; ability to customize themes and manage website functionality.
• Familiarity with PHP, APIs, or frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular is a plus.
• Work with popular tools like Elementor, WPBakery, and Divi for fast and efficient page creation.
• Optimize websites for SEO and performance while identifying and fixing technical issues efficiently.
• You love learning new technologies, experimenting, and improving your craft continuously.
• Strong eye for code quality, responsive design, and performance optimization.
• Enjoy working with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to bring digital projects to life.
• Eager to tackle technical challenges and implement practical, efficient solutions.

What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Web Developer, every day is about turning ideas into functional digital experiences:

• Start by reviewing project requirements and converting UI/UX designs into responsive websites.

• Collaborate with designers and content teams to ensure the website looks great, performs well, and meets client goals.

• Write clean, efficient code, customize WordPress themes, and integrate APIs or third-party tools.

• Troubleshoot issues, optimize loading speed, SEO, and site performance.
