We are looking for a highly experienced PPC Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling high-budget ad spends of ₹1 Crore+ monthly while delivering measurable ROI, lead generation, and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Manage and scale high-volume monthly ad budgets of ₹1 Crore+ efficiently.
  • Drive performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and lead quality.
  • Perform keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign structuring.
  • Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, landing page recommendations, and funnels.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare actionable reports and insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Implement and manage tracking using:
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Meta Pixel
  • Conversion APIs
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in paid advertising.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in PPC / Performance Marketing.
    • Strong hands-on expertise in:
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads Manager
    • Google Analytics (GA4)
    • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
    • Proven track record of managing ad budgets of ₹1 Crore+ per month.
    • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
    • Experience in lead generation and e-commerce performance campaigns.
    • Ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and scale.
    • Excellent understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization.
    • Advanced knowledge of audience segmentation and remarketing strategies.
    • Strong communication and reporting skills.


    Preferred Qualifications
    • Google Ads Certifications preferred.
    • Experience with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools is a plus.
    • Experience working with agencies or high-growth brands preferred.
