Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced PPC Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling high-budget ad spends of ₹1 Crore+ monthly while delivering measurable ROI, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage and scale high-volume monthly ad budgets of ₹1 Crore+ efficiently.
- Drive performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign structuring.
- Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, landing page recommendations, and funnels.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare actionable reports and insights.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Implement and manage tracking using:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion APIs
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in paid advertising.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in PPC / Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Proven track record of managing ad budgets of ₹1 Crore+ per month.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience in lead generation and e-commerce performance campaigns.
- Ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and scale.
- Excellent understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization.
- Advanced knowledge of audience segmentation and remarketing strategies.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Google Ads Certifications preferred.
- Experience with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Experience working with agencies or high-growth brands preferred.
