About the Role We are seeking a Performance Marketing professional who will take complete ownership of paid growth across Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role is designed for someone who thrives on driving measurable outcomes, scaling campaigns profitably, and optimizing performance across the funnel.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of performance marketing across Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Develop and execute campaign strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage budgets, optimize ROI, and scale campaigns profitably
• Drive improvements in CAC and ROAS through structured experimentation
• Build and optimize full-funnel strategies to maximize conversions
• Lead A/B testing and performance experiments to unlock growth opportunities
• Own channel-level performance, reporting, and insights to guide decision-making

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for D2C brands
• Proven track record of scaling high-impact paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
