We’re hiring a Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns while driving measurable growth and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Monitor daily performance and improve KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL)
• Plan and manage monthly campaign strategies
• Work with creative team on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
• Track performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Execute retention marketing (WhatsApp, email campaigns)
• Create pitch decks and support client presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution
• Ensure client goals and performance targets are met
• Train and guide interns

Requirements:

• Experience in performance marketing
• Strong understanding of digital ads and analytics
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns

Key Metrics:

• Campaign performance (ROAS, CTR, CPL, conversions)
• Client retention and satisfaction
• Reporting accuracy and timely delivery
