Roles & Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be the primary contact point for the client and is expected to handle all corporate and statutory laws. He/She shall be well versed with the following:
Associate/Senior Associate
- Shall be well versed with Corporate Laws, SEBI and Listed compliances, FEMA and RBI Provisions.
- Must have hands on experience in practicing Laws related to Incorporation and Compliance of Listed Companies including SEBI(LODR) Regulations, Direct Listing, De-Listing and takeovers etc.
- Shall be well versed with preparation of Board/committee/general meeting related documents followed by conducting the said meeting.
- Shall be well versed with setting up/incorporation of Indian entity (Private Company/Limited Liability Partnership)
- Shall be well versed with MCA E-Filing process and other secretarial functions covering Corporate Laws
- Work on special business development projects or research tasks as assigned.
- Work on statutory labour laws and its filings as assigned.
- Grip over understanding the applicability of criteria-based compliances and assisting the Managers in discussing them further with the clients.
- Ability to work under pressure situations.
- Have the experience of handling end to end communications with multiple (internal & external) stakeholders.
- Good Communication and interpersonal Skills.
Competencies:
Well versed in technical areas related to Companies Act, Listed provisions & SEBI, FEAM and RBI compliances
Good command on private limited company compliances
Good Drafting skills
Good Communication
Good Interpersonal skills
Ability to work with professional consultants
NBFC/Listing experience is more preferred.
