Brand & Content Strategist

About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, creative Brand & Content Strategist to own the strategic and creative output across our client portfolio. You'll be the bridge between brand thinking and content execution, working on everything from big-picture positioning to day-to-day content that actually performs. If you think in stories, obsess over aesthetics, and can back up creative instincts with strategy, this role is for you.

Roles & Responsibilities

Brand Strategy

  • Develop and refine brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and brand identity guidelines for clients across industries
  • Conduct brand audits and competitive research to identify white spaces and strategic opportunities
  • Define brand voice, tone, and personality for new and existing clients
  • Build visual strategy decks that align creative direction with business goals

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Build monthly content strategies tailored to each client's objectives, audience, and platform mix
  • Develop and manage content calendars across social media, website, and campaign timelines
  • Define content pillars, themes, and formats that keep communication consistent and purposeful

Social Media Strategy

  • Develop platform-specific strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels
  • Stay on top of trends, formats, and algorithm shifts to keep client content relevant and high-performing
  • Plan and optimize posting schedules, content mix, and engagement strategies

Campaign Ideation & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end campaign conceptualization, from brief to big idea to rollout plan
  • Develop campaign narratives, themes, and content arcs across channels
  • Collaborate with designers and production teams to bring campaigns to life on time and on brief

Creative Direction

  • Create detailed photo and video moodboards that communicate visual direction clearly to production teams
  • Develop shot lists, reference boards, and creative briefs for shoots
  • Ensure visual output is consistently aligned with the brand's aesthetic and strategic intent

Copywriting & Content Creation

  • Write sharp, on-brand copy across formats including social media posts, ad copy, email, and scripts
  • Develop long-form content including blogs, articles, website copy, case studies, and thought leadership pieces
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all written touchpoints

Website & Digital Content

  • Write and structure website copy that is clear, persuasive, and SEO-informed
  • Collaborate with web and design teams on page structure, messaging hierarchy, and UX copy
  • Regularly update and audit website content to keep it fresh and relevant

What We're Looking For

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in brand strategy, content strategy, or a similar creative role
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and executional range
  • Proficiency in building decks, moodboards, and content calendars
  • Excellent writing skills across short-form and long-form formats
  • A good eye for aesthetics and visual communication
  • Comfortable working across multiple clients and categories simultaneously
  • PREVIOUS MARKETING AGENCY EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY.
