Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer based in Thiruvananthapuram. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, managing performance marketing budgets, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas to drive growth and deliver measurable results across various channels.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Paid Advertising Platforms, including Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads
• Skills in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
• Proficiency in Analytics Tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques
• Proven ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies and performance reports
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with both internal teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment within an on-site workspace in Thiruvananthapuram
• Bachelor's degree, Digital Marketing or a related field
• Prior experience in a performance marketing role is highly preferred
