What We'll Bring

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Network Penetration Testing Technical Coordinator to join our cybersecurity team. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with project management skills to coordinate technical assessments with the business and third parties.

What You'll Bring

This role's primary reponsibilities will be as a technical coordinator for network pentest requests. As requests come in from global sources, you will be responsible for:

• Evaluating requests for assignment and direction of network pentesting resources
• Coordinate with the business to establish timelines, expectations, and answer technical questions
• Manage the network pentesting calendar, the backlog of requests, projecting workflows
• Ensure testing scope and expectations are set in accordance with business policies and compliance requirements
• Coordinate internal business units with external 3rd party consultancies to facilitate pentest delivery
• Track testing progress, deliverables, and deadlines
• Oversee and trigger automations in ingesting findings
• Maintain records of completed tests, findings, and remediation status

The ideal candidate will be:

• Detail oriented - Many small details will have to be kept track of to ensure compliant delivery of pentests
• Effective time management - You will be expected to self direct after the initial ramp up and training period
• Sufficiently technical - You will not be performing penetration tests themselves but you must understand basic networking and security concepts

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
