Job Title: Administrative & CRM Coordinator – International Process (Canada-based Client)

Eligibility: Open only to candidates currently based in Chandigarh, India. Role supports a Canada-based client; employment and work location remain fully in India.


Shift Timings: Evening Shift; 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (aligned with Canadian business hours)


Working Days: 5 days/week, Work from Office


Salary: Up to 50K per month (final offering based on skills, experience, and interview performance)


Experience: 1–3 years (Admin / Payroll / Back-Office / Reconciliation background preferred)


Job Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred


About the Role

Excelohunt Infotech is hiring an Administrative & CRM Coordinator to support back-office operations for one of our international clients based in Canada. You will be employed in India, work from our Chandigarh office, and collaborate daily with the client's overseas team during evening-shift hours.

This job role includes a 6-month service agreement in place post-joining. We are looking for candidates who are excited to build a long-term career with us: you'll start with a focused set of payroll and compliance tasks, and as the account grows and you build expertise, there may be opportunities to take on greater ownership, including leading a support team down the line.

Your day-to-day reporting will be with the Canada-based team, so we're looking for someone comfortable managing their own workflow with clear, documented processes to guide them a great fit for someone who enjoys ownership over their work and is motivated to grow through their own performance.


What You'll Do

  1. Reconcile employee timesheets between QuickBooks Online and Service Titan to ensure accurate hours
  2. Communicate directly with client-side staff to investigate and resolve time-log discrepancies
  3. Prepare clean payroll summaries for the client manager's sign-off
  4. Audit digital vehicle inspection checklists and track required repairs against maintenance records
  5. Progress into CRM record management, job costing, and cross-departmental admin support as you grow in the role


What We're Looking For

  1. 1–3 years of experience in admin, payroll support, bookkeeping, or reconciliation-based work
  2. Strong written and spoken English (daily direct communication with Canadian staff)
  3. Graduation is a must
  4. Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online; Service Titan familiarity a plus (trainable)
  5. Comfortable working closely with an overseas (Canada-based) team as your primary point of contact and for feedback
  6. Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  7. Driven and growth-oriented, with an interest in expanding your role and responsibilities over time
  8. Must be an Indian resident, based in or willing to relocate to Chandigarh, working full-time from the office
  9. Looking for a long-term opportunity rather than a short-term or transitional role
  10. Comfortable with a minimum 6-month service agreement upon joining.
