The role

You are the first voice a patient or their family hears. You build trust, answer questions, schedule assessments, share payment links, follow up, and convert inquiries into long-term patients. You work across segments: international clients, urban India, and patients from modest backgrounds. Same empathy, different conversations.

This is not a receptionist role. You own the entire patient journey from first contact to retention. You'll coordinate between physiotherapists, orthopaedic consultants, and the care team to ensure every patient feels heard, informed, and supported.

You

• BDS/BAMS/BHMS/BPT graduate or equivalent clinical background (not looking for someone who wants to practise full-time)
• Excellent spoken English and Hindi; additional languages are a strong plus
• Natural ability to build trust with anxious patients and families over calls and video
• Comfortable handling payments, scheduling, and CRM tools
• Experience in medical tourism, telehealth coordination, or healthcare customer success is a strong plus
• Sales instinct with genuine empathy. You close because you care, not because you push.
