Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, NGOs, and government bodies to support women-led logistics initiatives.
Create and implement communication strategies to convey Even Cargo's mission, crafting compelling content for various platforms.
Organize and manage events and workshops, representing Even Cargo at industry events to promote women's empowerment in logistics.
Monitor and evaluate partnership and communication efforts, preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate records to inform future strategies.

About Company: Founded in 2016, Even Cargo is India's first women-driven logistics company that focuses on creating equal work opportunities for women. We identify and train women from resource-poor communities and employ them as delivery associates (DAs) for major e-commerce companies in India, ensuring dignified employment for them. To enable an ecosystem that ensures more participation of women in the workforce of last-mile logistics, we have developed, designed, and executed strategies that promote diversity and inclusion.
