As a Senior Consultant (Salesforce Admin) at Danfoss, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital customer experience. Your expertise will ensure that our Salesforce platform operates seamlessly and evolves continuously to meet business needs. By driving system optimization and enabling data integrity, you will empower teams across the organization to work smarter, faster, and more collaboratively—ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and business performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own the administration and maintenance of the Salesforce platform, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Manage user access, security settings, sharing rules, and enforce best practices.
Handle support tickets and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement improvements that drive adoption and efficiency.
Perform proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, health checks, and Optimizer.
Oversee sandbox environments, backups, and integrated applications.
Ensure governance and compliance across all Salesforce processes.
Continuously look for opportunities to innovate and improve, embracing new features and updates to keep the platform future-ready.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with strong product knowledge.
Salesforce Administrator Certification and familiarity with triggers/Apex code.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a global team.
Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn—someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and embraces challenges as opportunities for growth.
