Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Packaging Executive role based in Nagpur. The Packaging Executive will oversee day-to-day packing operations for various seed products, ensuring accurate, safe, and efficient packaging in line with company standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating packaging materials, checking labeling and batch coding, and monitoring the integrity of seals and containers to maintain product quality during storage and distribution. The role involves working closely with production, quality control, and warehouse teams to optimize packaging workflows, reduce waste, and meet dispatch timelines. The Packaging Executive will also support continuous improvement initiatives, assist in implementing new packaging designs or methods, and maintain detailed records and reports related to packaging activities.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in operational packing activities, including handling different seed varieties, packaging materials, and labeling processes.
• Knowledge of Packaging Design and basic Packaging Engineering principles to support efficient, safe, and cost-effective packaging solutions.
• Experience with Quality Control practices in packaging, ensuring adherence to specifications, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to conduct and support Research related to packaging materials, methods, and process improvements.
• Preferably a diploma or degree in agriculture, packaging technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills for managing inventory, documentation, and batch records.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in a manufacturing environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Basic computer literacy for using ERP systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools; prior experience in agri or manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
